Porfa is a coffee bar and love letter to our roots, our city, and the culture that shaped us.

Founded by three sisters, Porfa was built on the belief that coffee has the power to bring people together in the most intentional and meaningful way.

Selena Silver is the creative heartbeat behind the brand, who infused every detail with heart, from the design to the energy of the space. Alexandra Arguello brings her entrepreneurial spirit, turning ideas into reality with the same drive and passion that’s fueled her career. And Talia, with her background in hospitality, brings warmth, care, and an eye for service to everything we do.

Our roots are deeply connected to the island of Mallorca, where café culture and the rhythm of life taught us the beauty of slowing down and savoring the moment. Porfa is our way of honoring that heritage and sharing it with our community.

We created Porfa to bring a little piece of that world to Fort Lauderdale, the city that raised us and the place we love most. It’s a space for connection, where our guests can come together over beautifully made specialty coffee and feel like they belong.
